That is a standard COD heating oil delivery. Call, confirm the gallons and the rate, and the order goes on the next route reaching your street. Ordering earlier in the day means same-day delivery puts it on today’s route.
The tank is empty and the house is getting cold
That is an emergency oil delivery, and the line is answered 24 hours. Expect to need burner priming as well, because a dry tank pulls air into the fuel line and the burner locks out on safety.
There is oil in the tank but no heat in the house
That is oil burner service, not a delivery. Common causes are a clogged filter, a tripped switch, a failed control, or a nozzle fault. Do not continue pressing the reset button.
